I have found my new obsession. Actually no- I created my new obsession!! These keto chocolate bites are sooooo good. It will be hard to eat just one but the good thing is they are only 1 net carb so if you DO grab a second its ok!!

What you'll need:

  • 2 TBSP Kerry gold butter (softened- I will nuke it for 10 seconds)
  • 1 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 TSP Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 TBSP Monkfruit Sweetener (I use Lakanto)
  • 2 TSP Lakanto Suntella (OMG I could eat this stuff from the jar!!)
  • 1/4 cup Lily's chocolate chips melted

First mix the butter and sweetener until blended, then add in the cream cheese and blend until smooth. Add in the cocoa powder and Suntella and blend then add in the creamer.

The mixture will be kind of sticky but if you wet your fingers the next part is easier. Separate the mixture into 5 even blobs (for lack of a better word!) and then form into ball.

Melt your lily's chocolate and spoon over each blob! (I don't bother with the bottom)

Stick in fridge for an hour and BOOM! Deliciousness will be ready!!
